• Identity & contact: first name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number
• Property details: property address or city you provide
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and form source (e.g. hero or final form)
• Cookie preferences: whether you accepted our cookie notice (stored locally in your browser)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data (such as government ID numbers or financial account details) through this website.

• Respond to your request for a property manager match or income estimate
• Email or call you about your inquiry and schedule a strategy call
• Introduce you to a suitable premium property manager, where applicable
